He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his son Keith Oates (Sarah); his grandchildren, Delaney Johnson (Troy), Zachary Oates, Caverly Oates and Aubrey Oates; his daughter Sara Moore (Scott); his grandchildren, Garrett Moore, Carter Moore and Grant Moore; his son Mark Oates (Lyndsey); his grandchildren, Dylan Oates and Rylee Oates; and his great grandchildren, Margot Johnson and Nolan Johnson.
