He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Bud" Watson; his brother Terry Watson; his mother-in-law Audrey Ragan; and his niece Cassandra Payne. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Watson (Hammontree); his girlfriend Lisa Johnson of Johnston City; his daughter Kari Marshall of Marion; his grandchildren, Pleas Bennett IV and Ella Marshall; and his siblings, Rick Hammontree (Cheryl) of Johnston City, Carlettia Martin of Marion, Charlie Watson (Anita) of Marion, David Watson (Molly) of Johnston City, Danny Watson of Marion and Becky Schach (Jacob Wirtes) of Creal Springs. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
