She was predeceased by: her father Bruno (Esther); her husband Albert Galle; and her brothers, Walter Shubert (Hilda) and Robert Shubert (Phyllis). She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Galle (Denise) of Sparta, IL, Donna Galle of Marissa, IL, Steven Galle (Cynthia) of Smithton, IL, Darla Borrenpohl (Donald) of Venedy, IL, Patti Dickey (David) of Marissa, IL and Neal Galle (Joan) of Marissa, IL.; and her grandchildren, Rachel Weekley, Steve Galle, Sarah Larson, Carrie Huntley, Jackie Borrenpohl, Kenny Borrenpohl, Jill Prest, Scott Dickey, Katie Carpenter, Zachary Galle and Kevin Galle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Friedens United Church of Christ (820 N Main St, Marissa, IL 62257). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Friedens United Church of Christ or to Maple Creek Hospice.
