He is survived by: his wife Leona Phelps (Robinette); his children, James Phelps (Pam), Dayle Ann Morgan and Ken Phelps (Darlene); his grandchildren, Stephanie Valleroy (Ryan), Andrew Phelps (Kellie), Emily Schwartz (Kyle), Michael Phelps, Dale Phelps, Johnathan Phelps (Carly Hammond), Ryan Stein (Lani Zweigart), Cory Stein and Stephanie Wittenborn (Conrad); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Aubrey Valleroy, Abigail Phelps, Isla, Millie Schwartz and Aaliyah Phelps; his siblings, Layla, Brayden, Ryley Stein, Lane Stein, Eli, Kanon, Oaklynn Wittenborn, Lynn Phelps (Carolyn) and Micheal Phelps (Cheri); Emily.
