He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Calvert and Carmen Calvert (Brown); his son Patrick Lee Calvert, Jr.; and his brother Mike Calvert. He is survived by: his wife Paula Barrale; his daughter Heather Muckensturm (Eric) of Trenton, IL; his brothers, Dennis Calvert (Paula) of Highland, IL and Bruce Calvert (Pamela) of Shiloh, IL; his sister-in-law Michelle Calvert; his grandchildren, Kyzer, Ryan and Arilyn Muckensturm; and his pet Samson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to be made to the Marissa Masonic Lodge at 1366 Green Diamond Rd, Marissa, IL 62257.
