He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Donnelly and Betty Donnelly (Perhay); his wife Barbara "Betsy" Jahr; and his grandson Chad Urnikis. He is survived by: his brothers, Marty Donnelly (Sandy) of DeKalb and Brian Donnelly (Lori) of Ballwin, MO; and his daughters, Debbie Jones of Mark, Gayle Ellena (Jones) of Texas, Lesly Urnikis (Jones) of Florida and Sandra Neubaum (Calvin) of Granville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two nieces; and two nephews.
