He was predeceased by: his brother Lyle Parr. He is survived by: his former wife Sue Parr (Smith); his spouse Randi Newman; his children, Bruce Parr (Dee), Lauren Weiland (Chris), Jon Parr (Marcy Harman), Brian Newman (Amy), Mark Newman, Saba of Jackson and Meier Parr; and his grandchildren, Emily of Brooke, A. J., Sebastian and Elana Newman.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
