He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Delbert Mills and Helen Mills; his mother-in-law Ruth Marie Berry; his wife Ruth Marie Mills of Maroa; and his children, Carolyn Fields (James) of The Villages, Judy Kennedy of Maroa and Rodney Mills (Teri) of Lexington.
