He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Joseph and Eva Lena Moore (Mehrens); and his wife Wanda Lucille Woodard. He is survived by: his close friend Karen Virden; his children, Julie Speagle (Terry) of Maroa, IL, Tamara Moore of Clinton, Burl, Jeff McEvers (Linda) of Jerseyville, IL, Jay McEvers (Connie) of Clinton, IL and Joey McEvers of Clinton, IL; and his sister Pauline Tooley. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
