It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Lee Doty of Maroa, Illinois, born in DeLand, Illinois, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Parrish and Irene Parrish (Edge); and her husband Robert "Bob" Doty. She is survived by: her children, Terri Braden (Ron) of Maroa, Illinois and Rick Doty (Jodi) of Clinton, Illinois. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews.
