She is survived by: her children, Jerry Cassidy Jr. (Ashley) of Metamora and Kimberly DuBois (Brian) of Creve Coeur; her sisters, Joyce Fugate of Pekin and Sharon Shaver (Mike) of East Peoria; her grandchildren, Kayla DuBois (Justin), Alexis Fisher (Cody), Haley DuBois, Gage Burris, Aven Cassidy, Brooklyn Sorrentino, Dominic Sorrentino, Natalie Archdale (JD) and Kayla Archdale; and her great grandchildren, Santanna Hill and Waylon Bicknell.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, a cause close to Patti's heart, to support their mission of advancing cancer research and patient care.
