He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis E. Baker and Lois Baker (Dudley); his wife Norma J. Scott; his brother Charles Dudley; and his son-in-law Don Stear.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Scott Baker (Janice) of Belleville, Peggy Starkovich of Marquette Heights and Candace Baker of San Marcos, Texas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
