She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Pennington and Wilma Bouton Pennington; and her brother Bernard Pennington. She is survived by: her husband Dexter Mosier of Marquette Heights; and her children, David Overholt (Linda) of Gilbert, Arizona, Brad Overholt (Marla) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Brent Hurt (Beverly Milliman) of Marquette Heights, Tammy Davidson of Marquette Heights, Robert Mosier (Mandy) of Marquette Heights and Shelley Mosier of Pekin, Illinois.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mason-White Funeral Home (20 Valley Forge Dr, Washington, IL 61571). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Hawley Community Church (6900 N Mount Hawley Rd, Peoria, IL 61614). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Glendale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be given to Mount Hawley Community Church.
