She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Herrin and Ida Herrin (Epping); her grandson Shawn Sarver; her son-in-law Bill Compton; and her granddaughter-in-law Gillian Cain.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Wallis; her children, Jess Wallis (Shelley) of Pekin, Kim Compton of East Peoria, Michael Wallis (Patti) of Lake Ozarks and Traci Dickinson (Shawn) of Metamora; and her grandchildren, Jeremy (Kelly), David, Jennifer (Kirk), Ryan (Susan), Hayden, Aaron (Kristin), Katie (Kyle), Nathan (Allie) and Ashley (Jamie).
