Carol Lee Macchietto Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Lee Macchietto of Marseilles, Illinois, who passed away on August 26, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Carol's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Carol has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul M. Ingmanson and Mildred J. Ingmanson (Ream); her husband Lou; her son Ricky; and her siblings, Joan Page and Leo Ingmanson.
She is survived by: her daughter Carla Macchietto; and her siblings-in-law, Rita Ingmanson and John Macchietto. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Marseilles Nursing Service or the Marseilles Museum.
