He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Rexroat and Catherine Rexroat (Mautino); his brother James Vargocko; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Winders. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Winders of Marseilles; his children, Chuck Rexroat (Alizon) and Alayna Stubblefield (Rick); his grandchildren, Ryan Rexroat (Kailey), Jake and Kylie Stubblefield; his great grandchildren, Parker and Ledger Rexroat; and his sister-in-law Valerie Winders. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
