He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue of Bradley, IL; his sons, Mike Costin (Terry), Rick Pelletier and Adam Pelletier; his grandchildren, Trai Pelletier, Rick Dale Cooper (Jordan), Sadie Pelletier, Paige Brosseau (Brenden), Leona Wade (Carson), Brystal Pelletier and James Costin; his great grandchildren, Halle, Brady, Annalisa Cooper, Crimson, Brynlee and Artemis Wade; and his sisters, Susan Johnson and Roxanne Smith.
