With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evangeline Quinn of Marseilles, Illinois, who passed away on November 29, 2025 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Evangeline had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Evangeline may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her father Eugenio Javier. She is survived by: her mother Marietta Javier (Mejin); her husband Jim; her daughter Shaylen Quinn; her sister Emeliza Fronda; and her aunt Cathy Casilla-Grossman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ottawa Funeral Home (1111 La Salle St, Ottawa, IL 61350). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
