He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Raymond Sr. and Velma Youmans (Leger); his wife Carol J. Whalen of Ransom; his brothers, Claude and Earl Youmans Jr.; and his brother-in-law Leo Ingmanson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rita Ingmanson and Mark Youmans. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Seals-Campbell Funeral Home (1009 E Bluff St, Marseilles, IL 61341). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (200 Broadway St, Marseilles, IL 61341).
