He was predeceased by: his parents, Edard Perkins and Lila Perkins (Lotter); his son Robert Michael Perkins; and his stepmother Naomi Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Bourgo of Marseilles; his brother Roger Perkins; and his brother-in-law Dennis Bourgo (Sue). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
