He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Carver and Mozzell Carver (Kittrell); his siblings, Pamela Cameron, Jeffrey Carver and Bruce Scaman-Carver; and his pets, Chip and Sissy.

He is survived by: his fiancée Tammy Penick of Spring Valley; and his siblings, Kathy Newkirk-Cook of Marseilles, Pearl Meyer-Rather of Ottawa, Barry Carver of Ottawa and Timothy Carver of Palmetto, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to his sister, Kathy.
