He is survived by: his parents, Terry W. Bentz and Christy A. Bentz (Brown) of Ottawa; his children, Paxson John Bentz (Kayley Elizabeth) of Morris, Madison Hais Scepansky (Ryan Christopher) of Harrisburg and Macy Claire Bentz of Marseilles; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Josie and Parker; and his sisters, Tina Rowe (John) and Trista Harsted (Paul) of Ottawa.
