He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Sr. Jackson and Adela Jackson (English); and his brothers, Charles, Carl, Tyler "Doc", Tim and Jerry "Newt".
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Maier of Streator; his children, Charles Jackson (Bridget), Sarah Jackson, Jennifer Catleit (Chuck), Vernon Ward, Tammy Kuster (Michael), Jim Demark (Tara) and Amy Mounce (Jeremy); and his siblings, Vivian "Farmer" Engelman, Barbara Blaskiewicz (Wayne) and Joseph Jackson (Bonnie). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
