She was predeceased by: her parents, Dumus Payne and Tresie Asher Payne; and her son John A. Kemper Jr.. She is survived by: her husband John A. Kemper Sr.; her daughter Katrina Conine (Brad) of Marshall; her grandchildren, Rebecca Elliott, Travis Conine, Cody Conine, John A. Kemper III and Caleb Kemper; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Braden, Sophia, Gavin, Irelyn, Leston and John A. IV; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Steven and Jennifer; and her siblings, Marilyn Kimbler (Steve), Mitch Payne (Vicki), Bonnie Allen (Donnie) and Randy Payne (Donna). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pearce Funeral Home (314 S 6th St, Marshall, IL 62441). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
