She was predeceased by: her parents, Dumus Payne and Tresie Asher Payne; and her son John A. Kemper Jr.. She is survived by: her husband John A. Kemper Sr.; her daughter Katrina Conine (Brad) of Marshall; her grandchildren, Rebecca Elliott, Travis Conine, Cody Conine, John A. Kemper III and Caleb Kemper; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Braden, Sophia, Gavin, Irelyn, Leston and John A. IV; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Steven and Jennifer; and her siblings, Marilyn Kimbler (Steve), Mitch Payne (Vicki), Bonnie Allen (Donnie) and Randy Payne (Donna). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
