She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Washburn and Eula Parsons Washburn; her spouse Bobbie Joe Francis Sr.; her sons, John and Jerry Noyes; and her siblings, Jim, Dwight, Harold Dean, Carl, Glen and Patsy Thompson.

She is survived by: her grandson Jesse Noyes (Kelly); her great grandchild Hazel Noyes; her daughter-in-law Joanne Vician; her stepchildren, Bobbie Joe Francis (Sharon) and Doris Beltz (Bill); her stepgrandchildren, Jacob Francis (Jennie), Jeff Francis (Tonya), Nicole Engle (Brent), Dawn Bradbury (Harrison) and Tory Beltz; and her sisters, Eula Hall and Karon Johnson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
