He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles G. York and Louise M. York (Shaner); his siblings, Charles "Chucky" York and Judith; and his brother-in-law Dan Cook.
He is survived by: his daughter Sara English (Scott); his sisters, Beverly Fislar (Jerry) and Patricia Stitzle (Henry); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Ryan and Alex English. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
