He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Blagg and Mabel Blagg; his wife Ruby; and his former wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Joe Alan (Carrie), Cindy (Jim) and Annette (Gregg). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a step daughter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Pearce Funeral Home (314 S 6th St, Marshall, IL 62441). A Mass will be held on Monday, June 8th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Mary's Catholic Church (414 S 6th St, Marshall, IL 62441).
