It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Allen Kelley of Marshall, Illinois, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Virgil Wesley Jr. and Helen Ruth Meneely Kelley; and his brother Michael Dale Kelley. He is survived by : his wife Diana L. Sills; his sons, William Wesley Kelley of Marshall and Andrew Preston Kelley (Dawn) of Marshall; his grandchildren, Jackson Hadley Kelley, Ethan Wesley Kelley and Christian Riley Kelley; and his siblings, Terry Dean Kelley (Angela Lynn) of Franklin, IN and Sheryl Huey (Gary) of Marshall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
