She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest A. Duzan and Leota Pearl Allen Duzan; her husband Paul Erwin; her siblings, Norman Eugene Duzan and Mary Kathryn Athey; and her nephew Darin Duzan.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Kay Rogers (Steven) of Marshall, IL; her grandchildren, Lisa Suzanne Myles (Andy) and David Michael Rogers; her great grandchildren, Alexis May Myles, Hannah Lee Myles, Kamilah Rogers, Kamarah Rogers and Lyle Spooner; and her sister Frances Serwise of Pekin, IL.
Martha requested that those in attendance at her visitation and service to dress casual and that those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the Macedonia Baptist Church, P. O. Box 55, Casey, IL 62420.
