She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonathan Ellington and Lela Mae Ellington; her husband Thurman Dewayne Huey; her grandson TJ Douglas; her great grandchild Gannon Brooks; and her brother-in-law Duane Leigh.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Amber Baker of Terre Haute, IN; her daughters, Brenda White (Jerry) of Marshall, IL and Sherry Leigh of Terre Haute, IN; her grandchildren, Jim Morgan of Marshall, IL and Becky Brooks of Texas; and her sisters, Patsy Simpson of Marshall, IL and Rosie Blunk of Marshall, IL. She is also survived by Six Great Grand Children and Several Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Pearce Funeral Home (314 S 6th St, Marshall, IL 62441). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
