She was predeceased by: her parents, William Douglas and Gloria High Collins; her husband Larry Welliver; her son Thomas Welliver; and her sister Margaret Collins.
She is survived by: her children, John Welliver of Indianapolis, IN and Jennifer Welliver of Marshall, IL; her siblings, Beverly Lindsey (Danny) and Douglas Collins (Bev) of Chicago, IL; and her nieces and nephews, Daniel Lindsey, Katie Lindsey, Linnea Collins, William Collins and Douglas Collins.
