Virginia A. Shell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2025, at the age of 76, Virginia A. Shell of Martinton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wilhoyt and Martha Wilhoyt (Aryes); and her husband David W. Shell. She is survived by: her children, Becky Shell of Martinton, Chris Trumble (Keith) of Martinton, Sarah Jenkins of Oregon, IL and Duane Shell of Martinton; her brother Stuart Wilhoyt (Sandy) of Bourbonnais; and her pets, Izzy and Bella. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Baier Funeral Home (102 W Oak St, Watseka, IL 60970). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (2280 E 1850 North Rd, Watseka, IL 60970).
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society.
