With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Christopher Miles Carter of Maryville, Illinois, born in Shirley, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 29, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Christopher Miles farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Christopher Miles is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Heather Carter; his daughter Lualani Carter; his parents, Alan Carter and Marjorie Carter; and his siblings, Ryan Carter and Amy Carter Brose (Richard).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schrader Funeral Home and Crematory (14960 Manchester Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Saint Louis Zoo (https://stlzoo.org) in Christopher's memory-an organization close to his heart.
