She was predeceased by: her husband James Phillips; her parents, Sidney Steele and Christina Steele; and her siblings, Mary Phillips, Glenda Davidson and Darrell Steele.
She is survived by: her children, James Phillips, Jr. of Maryville, IL and Donna Harper (Mike) of Glen Carbon, IL; her grandchildren, Joshua Harper and Amanda Hornacek (Joe); her great grandchildren, Malaki, Josiah and Harper Hornacek; and her sisters, Carol Gray (Wayne) and Peggy McMillon (Bob).
