She is survived by: her children, Ann Culp (Michael) of Edwardsville, IL, Amy Zagar (Keith) of Southlake, TX, Paul Ottwein (Amber) of Edwardsville, IL and Emily Ottwein of Edwardsville, IL; her great grandchildren, John Ottwein, Nicole DeVerter-Ottwein of Goodlettsville, TN, Adam, Jessica Ottwein (Annabelle) of Edwardsville, IL, Tyler Ottwein, Emma Pieper of Edwardsville, IL, Dakota, Tyler Orgler (Oliver) of Bloomington, IL, Richard, Laura Leh (Devyn) of Edwardsville, IL, Matthew, Catherine Zagar (Jane) of Dallas, TX, Patrick Zagar of Dallas, TX, Benjamin Ottwein of Edwardsville, IL, Bethany Paulsen (Emmet) of New Orleans, LA and Megan Culp; her pet Victoria Culp (Brentleigh) of Rock Hill, SC; her sister-in-law Audrey Deeren of Troy, IL; and her half-brother Richard Schmidt (Susan) of St. Jacob, IL. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Frieden's United Church of Christ (207 E Center St, Troy, IL 62294). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hawthorne Animal Hospital Angel Fund or Shriner's Children's - St. Louis.
