He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Malawy (Rodney), Jennifer Churchwell (Mark) and Tina Dovers (Jim); his grandchildren, Meghan Dittman, Natalie Simmons (Dusty), Alisa Moyer (Stephen), Kyle Dovers, Jonathan Dovers (Bri) and Derek Churchwell (Aurora); and his great grandchildren, Grayson Dittman, Avery Dittman, Nash Dittman, Ridge Simmons, Gentry Simmons, Norah Moyer, Joshua Moyer, Micah Moyer, Caleb Moyer, Ada Churchwell and Lila Churchwell.
