He is survived by: his wife Denise Smith; his son Joshua Smith; his grandson Jackson Smith; his brothers, Shawn Smith (Barb) and David Smith (Renee); his siblings-in-law, Derek Johnson (Aimee), Denny Johnson, Jr. and Dena Hughes (Kevin); his nieces and nephews, Kate, Dustin, Abby, Cameron, Tyler, Jacob, Logan, Caroline, Destiny, Vivian, Mickey and Zeva; and his father-in-law Dennis Johnson, Sr. (Linda).
