She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Krysa and Barbara Krysa; her husband Ronald Hoffman; and her siblings, Michael, Matthew, Blanche, Emily, JoAnn and Peter.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Hoffman (Becky), David Hoffman (Marie) and Eric Hoffman (Jane); her grandchildren, Asher, Chantelle and Danica; and her sisters, Stas Wisowaty and Terry Kubik. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
