She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lowe Jones and Lyda Mary Jones (Stavley); her husband Robert Milton Pope; and her siblings, Walter Jones, Elizabeth Paine, Yvette Landreth (Veda) and Donald Jones.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Burton (Terry) of Granite City, IL, Angie Proffitt (Randy) of Granite City, IL and Joy Caschetta (Jim) of Maryville, IL.; her sister Imogene Hamilton; her grandchildren, Michael Burton, Robert Proffitt (Jenny), Dea Martin (Shawn), Beth Causey (Dave), Jenna Hans (Nick) and Stacey Cremer (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Riah, Trinity, Timothy, Emily, Maddie, Nolan, Evan and Lyanna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel (3960 Maryville Rd, Granite City, IL 62040). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
