He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Dean and Earline Bantel. He is survived by: his wife Victoria "Vicki" L. Bantel; his daughters, Krystal Brooke Crichlow (Jason) of Palm Harbor, FL and Selena Lynne Sweet (Zach) of St. Charles, MO; his grandchildren, Logan, Noah Crichlow and Audrey Sweet; and his stepson David Curtis of Alton, IL..
