She was predeceased by: her parent August; her siblings, Lorraine Toensing, Elaine O'Guinn, Emmeline Gellner, Loretta Peeck, Amos (Gertrude) and Alves Toensing (Irene); and her grandson Matthew Pruett.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy Pruett (Lyndle) of Waterloo, IL, Tom Haas of Mascoutah, IL, Steven Haas (Dee) of O'Fallon, MO and Dennis Haas (Kimberly) of Freeburg, IL; her grandchildren, Amber Ostertag (Darrell), Tiffany Stevens, Jacqueline Otto (Andrew), Krystin Haas (Colton Smith), Megan Haas and Adam Haas; her sister Jeannetta Jarrett; and her siblings-in-law, Henry Peeck, Bob Gellner, Bernadine Wells, Frances Graul, Rose Medukas, Betty Gardner and Carol Dunn (Matt). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
