We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2023, at the age of 76, Christine E. Carter of Mascoutah, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Ralph B.; her husband David D. Carter; and her son Shane Carter. She is survived by: her children, Brian Carter and Tara Crowe (Douglas); her grandchildren, Kylie, Max and Castor; her sister Brenda Hill (Clive); and her sister-in-law Pamela Fisher (Randy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
