George Robert Hass Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Robert Hass of Mascoutah, Illinois, born in Queens, New York, who passed away on May 7, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Hass and Fred Hass; and his sister Helen. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Schaeffer; his children, Kelly Couleas (Mark), Susan Bean (Jeff) and Robb Hass (Pam); his grandchildren, Cullan Couleas (Amber), Brandy Cullen (Wes), Lexi Bean, Corynne Bean, Ellie Wooldridge (Zack) and Ian Hass; his great grandchildren, Cash, Nace and Sloane Couleas; and his grandchildren, Lankin and WillaMae Cullen. He is also survived by his three children, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
