He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Kasmine Berner-Scott; and his brother Joel Berner. He is survived by: his daughters, Julia Biggs (Cody Hawkins) of Mascoutah, IL and Katherine Berner of Mascoutah, IL; his grandchildren, Adrian Scott and Samuel Biggs; and his brother Jon Berner (Susan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
