He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Painter; and his son William "Billy" Stadsholt. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Kelly-Eder (Andras) of Peoria and Shari Klassen (Ron) of Mason City; his grandchildren, Kellie Klassen, Kortnie Cooper (Joey) and Kaytie Klassen; his great grandchildren, Carter, Ryker, Arabella and Izabella; and his brother Robert Stadsholt (Donna) of Bloomington.
