He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Thomas and Viola Thomas (Vanaken); and his brothers, Ralph, Delbert and John.
He is survived by: his children, Chad Thomas of Mason City, Illinois, Todd Thomas Thomas (Melonie) of East Peoria and Jayme Thomas of Canton, Illinois. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, and his best friend, Cookie, his little Chihuahua.
