He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Osborn and Violet Osborn (Brown); his wife Carolyn Osborn; his grandparents, Harry, Lydia Osborn, Leo and Lena Brown; and his siblings, Harold "Sonny" Osborn, II, David Osborn and Gloria Manes.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Osborn (Felicia) of Mason City, Gregory Osborn (Jo Lynn) of Mason City and Jennifer Bizarri (Ryan) of Geneseo, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Olivia Osborn, Abigale Leamon (Brayden), Phillip Osborn and Taylor Bizarri; Stella Leamon. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren.
