He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Braden and Hazel Mae Schwidde Bell; his stepfather Walter Swaim; his brothers, Chester Bell and Gerald Bell; and his stepgrandson Nick Cocran.
He is survived by: his children, Ticy Edwin Bell (Lisa), Otis Jay Bell (Bonnie) and Destiny Lea Neuhaus; his grandchildren, Winston, Blazer, Kendel, Josie, Chelsie, Tiffany, Braden, Preston, Hunter, Pamela, Olivia and Reece; and his siblings, Margaret Leesman (Wayne), Wesley Bell (Debbie) and Rick Bell (Annette). He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
