He is survived by: his children, Rodney Bushue (Lisa) of San Antonio, Texas, Margaret Johnson (Bruce) of Tucson, Deborah Robertson of Mason and Susan Bushue-Russel of Greenwood.
Memorials may be made in Lee's honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the donor's choice.
