He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Bujak and Florence Bujak; and his sister Denise Dilger. He is survived by: his child Ashley Hayes (Daniel); his granddaughter Abigail Hayes; his significant other Janet Falkner; his siblings, Donna Hernandez (Marty) and Donald Bujak (Bridget); his nieces and nephews, Mario Hernandez (Sarah), Marc Hernandez (Jamie), Marlo Halfman (Zak), Nicole Dilger and Lauren Dilger; and his granddaughters, Abigail'Abby' and Abby (Yogi). He is also survived by many great-nieces, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Markiewicz Funeral Home (108 E Illinois St, Lemont, IL 60439).
